In praise of New Year’s Eve Letter

To the Editor:

Happy New Year to all the folks at Our Town. Every week I look forward to reading your newspaper. I have a few comments to make about New Year’s Eve in Times Square. I was so proud of New York for the spectacular show it put on. And I salute the NYPD for a job well done in making everyone there feel safe and secure. And finally, the music! “New York, New York”, America The Beautiful” & “What a Wonderful World” sung by the greatest. It proves that New York is still “top of the heap”.
